Create a calm, beautiful home – and a clearer mind

Holistic 1:1 decluttering and organising that blends psychology, design and hands-on support to help you let go, get organised and love your home again.

What makes this different

Most approaches focus on stuff. I focus on you, and your space. Your home and your mindset are closely linked. When we shift both, change lasts. I’ll work with you to understand what’s behind the clutter, make confident decisions, and transform your rooms into spaces that feel supportive, simple and beautiful.

Over the last 15 years with my 1:1 decluttering service I’ve helped hundreds of people like you to create clear, beautifully-designed, well-organised homes.

My work is about so much more than tidying up or getting rid of stuff. Our spaces and mindsets are closely linked so I’ll help you with both. Without addressing both aspects, many people find the clutter comes back or emotional baggage won’t shift.

If you’re recognising yourself here and want help to move forward, the next step is to tell me a bit about your situation so I can guide you.

How it works

Connect – share your story

Every journey begins with a simple first step. When you complete the short form, you give me a window into your world – a sense of what’s happening in your home and what you’d like to change. This helps me see how best I can support you. From there, we’ll have a gentle conversation where you can share your story and start to feel a little lighter, simply by not carrying it alone.

Discover – uncover what’s underneath

The next step is the Discover Why session – a powerful 90-minute video call. Here we gently explore the psychology beneath your clutter, uncover what may have been holding you back, and clarify your vision for your home. Clients often describe this session as a turning point – the moment when the fog lifts and they see a way forward with clarity and confidence.

As Ronan said:
“I cannot recommend Helen’s service highly enough. She has a deep understanding of why your house gets cluttered and how to make things better… The result has been a house that feels like a home for the first time and a feeling of liberation that is much greater than I expected. I recommend this service 100 percent.”

Plan – chart your path forward

After the Discover Why session, I create a personalised plan with recommendations, resources and insights tailored to your needs. This plan is the bridge between understanding and action – giving you the structure, compassion and support to succeed where you may have felt stuck before.

Transform – create your clutter-free home

With this foundation in place, we move into the heart of the process – the intensive decluttering work in your home. I come with an assistant and we work together over three to four focused days. You make the decisions about what stays and what goes, while we take care of everything else – from lifting and sorting to organising, removal and even lunch. Depending on the scale of you projects, we may organise two to three retreat blocks.

Natasha describes the experience like this:
“I cannot believe how transformative Helen’s visit was. After 3 days I have what now feel like two new rooms in my house – it has completely changed how I feel about my home, the way I spend time in it, and my ability to ‘manage’ mess. Helen has a really incredible mix of talents that combine emotional support with practical encouragement and a sort of supernatural ability to visually problem-solve that I can only imagine is unique.”

By the end of an intensive, rooms that once felt overwhelming become clear, light and usable again. Many clients say it feels like reclaiming not just their space, but their lives.

As Joanne shared:
“Helen helped me to create both physical and mental space through decluttering of my home… Helen enabled me to clear out a huge amount and all with a lovely style! Definitely worthwhile and highly recommended!”

What changes when you work this way

Decluttering with me isn’t just about clearing space – it’s about creating lasting change on every level. Together we work on the practical, the emotional and the psychological, so that your home becomes lighter and more supportive, and you feel more at ease in yourself.

Here’s what my clients often experience:

Practical – rooms that are easier to live in and keep tidy, clear systems that fit your lifestyle, and spaces that function smoothly day to day.

Emotional and psychological – relief from overwhelm, greater confidence in your decisions, and a sense of calm where there was once pressure or guilt.

Energetic – a home that feels lighter, clearer and more nurturing – a space that supports your wellbeing and gives you energy instead of draining it.

As Karen put it:
“Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t the jobs themselves, but being present with the feelings that come up when you try to tackle them. Helen’s amazing gift is to be present in that space and marry the emotional with the practical. She powerfully addressed intractable patterns I had lived with for years. And willingly mucked in with the most practical actions too. She really gave me the help I needed and thought I would never find. Wow!”

Frequently asked questions

Not at all. This isn’t about minimalism unless that’s what you want. It’s about finding clarity and keeping what truly supports you, while letting go of what no longer serves you – with compassion.

It depends on my schedule, but once you’ve completed the form and we’ve had our initial call, I’ll share my earliest availability.

That’s exactly why I’m here. Many clients tell me they couldn’t have started alone, but with my support and structure they felt able to make progress step by step.

Yes. I offer virtual support anywhere, and I can travel internationally for on-site intensives by arrangement.

Part of my process is setting up systems and habits so it’s easier to maintain your home. Many clients also find the psychological shift means they relate to their belongings differently going forward.

Absolutely. What happens in your home stays between us. I never share photos, client names, or details of your project without your explicit permission, and any case studies or testimonials on this site are shared only with a client's full consent.
