Something shifts when you finally have the right process for decluttering.
Spaces that have felt stuck for a long time start to move. Decisions that felt overwhelming become more manageable. You begin to understand why certain things have been so hard to shift, and what to do about it.
I run this challenge several times a year, and I’ll teach you that process, working through it together in a space of your choosing.

Five days. One space. Real progress.
The 5-Day Getting Clear Challenge is a structured, supported week where I teach you my Getting Clear method: the tried and tested process I have used with hundreds of clients over nearly twenty years.
Each morning you will receive a short email from me with the focus for the day and a clear action to take. Three times during the week I will meet you live on Zoom to teach, answer questions, and help you keep moving forward.
By the end of day five you will have made meaningful progress in a space that has been waiting for your attention, and you will have a process you can use across the rest of your home.

So what is the process?
Decluttering stays stuck for one of two reasons. Either you don’t know where to start, or you start and then run out of clarity before you finish. Both come down to the same thing: not having a method that works with the way your brain operates.
My Getting Clear method is built on a simple but powerful idea: decluttering your home is like tending a garden. It takes three stages, done in the right order.
Weed. Decide what stays and what goes. Make the decisions that have been waiting to be made. This stage is about movement and momentum, not perfection.
Plant. Give everything that remains a proper home. Create a system that makes sense for the way you actually live, not the way you think you should live.
Maintain. Build simple habits that keep your space clear without constant effort. Small, consistent actions that protect the work you have done.
Most people who struggle with decluttering have either skipped a stage or tried to do all three at once. This challenge takes you through them in the right order, with the right support at each step.
MY method in your hands
My Getting Clear process is captured for you in The Home Declutter Kit: a set of beautifully illustrated prompt cards that guide you through each stage of the method.
I designed the kit because I know that for many people, and particularly for ADHD brains, having a physical, visual tool makes all the difference. The cards remove the need to hold the whole process in your head. They give you something to reach for when a decision feels difficult. They make the method tangible.
You can take part in the challenge using just a pen and paper, and many people do. But The Home Declutter Kit is the intended way to experience the Getting Clear process: it puts the method physically in your hands and makes every stage of the week clearer and more effective.
When you join this challenge you can add The Home Declutter Kit at a special price of £29.99, saving £10 on the normal price. If you already own a kit, you are ready to go.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need The Home Declutter Kit to take part?
No. You can follow my Getting Clear method using pen and paper. The kit gives you extra support and makes the process easier and more enjoyable, but it is not required.
What if I can't make the live calls?
I strongly recommend you join live if you can, so you can ask questions and feel part of a group which will help motivate and inspire you. However, recordings will be available after each session so you can catch up in your own time.
How much time will I need each day?
The more time you can devote to the work, the more you will get done. However, I understand people have busy lives. Each daily email takes a few minutes to read. I recommend setting aside at least 30 to 45 minutes for the practical action each day in order to begin to learn and apply what I am sharing, plus 30 to 40 minutes for the live calls in the evenings on Days 1, 3 and 5.
Is this suitable for people with ADHD?
Yes. My Getting Clear method is particularly well suited to ADHD brains. I understand the specific challenges that come with decision-making, overwhelm, and getting started, and the challenge is designed with these in mind.
What happens after the challenge?
Participants who want to continue working with me in a more structured, supported environment will hear about The Clutter Shift, my group programme. There are also many other ways I can support you, such as my Simply Declutter course. If you own or buy The Home Declutter Kit you can continue to learn and use it in your decluttering projects.
